House Rules
1. Primary Guest must be 25 years or older. You will be required to sign a Rental Agreement and provide names and ages of all persons staying in the home. A Security Deposit hold of $750 is required to be processed on Guest's credit card. This security hold will need to be processed a week prior to check in, is in addition to your total costs, and is released about 5 days after checkout if there are no damages or excess cleaning costs. No unregistered guest are allowed. Additional guests will be charged at $100 per guest per night.
2. No smoking anywhere on property. If any of your guests smoke inside the house you will be charged a $500.00 Ozone cleaning fee.
3. No parties. If you host a party with unregistered guests you will be charged $100 per guest, a $500 additional cleaning fee, and will be evicted immediately.
4. No pets allowed. If you bring a pet you will be charged $500.00 plus an additional $250.00 cleaning fee and will be evicted immediately.
5. Quiet time is between 10:00pm-7:00am. Be mindful, we are in a small close knit neighborhood and many of our neighbors are permanent residents.
6. No wet towels or wet clothing on the furniture or carpet.
7. External doors and sliders must remain closed at all times while the AC is running. The units will freeze up and shut down, if doors are left open. Repairing an AC during the summer can take a week or more on the Island, and we don't want you to be without AC during your stay.
8. Toilet paper is the ONLY thing to be flushed down the Toilet. There are small trashcans placed beside of each toilet.
9. No pasta, eggshells, rice, coffee grounds, fruit and vegetable pits in the garbage disposal.
10. Please do not use the white towels to remove makeup. We provide makeup removal wash cloths for this. Makeup will stain the white towels and then we will have to charge you $25.00 per towel.
11. NO GLITTER/NO DYE: Glitter is almost impossible to remove and will result in a $500.00 fine to cover excess cleaning. Do not use any temporary or permanent hair dye or other dye products in the rental. Evidence of dye will result in a $500 fine or more if damage occurs to sink, floors, carpets, etc. Primary contact is responsible for all guests along with anyone who enters the home during the stay to abide by these rules.
12. The fireplace is not functional. Please do not attempt to use it.
13. Please do not use the neighbors driveway to back in/out or turn around. Most are permanent residents.
14. There are multiple cameras on the exterior of the property to ensure your safety or if any problems were to arise.
15. If you spill on one of our washable rugs, please take a small toothbrush from under kitchen sink with cold water to gently scrub. Dab a towel with dish soap and pat the area to pull up the stain. You may also try club soda under kitchen sink and dab the area with kitchen towel to lift the stain.
POOL RULES
1. No Glass in/around pool area. We charge $1,000 to drain the pool and remove broken glass. So please NO GLASS around the pool.
2. No Diving
3. Swim at your own risk.
4. Pool tech will be on property to service pool mid-week of each stay.
5. Pool heat needs 3 days notice and is $60 per day or $300 for the week. Available April 1-June 1 and Sept 1-Nov 1.
6. Please shower before entering pool especially when coming from the beach.
