While you may be at the beach you may not want to leave the many amenities the home has to offer. Enjoy a sunrise on the front porch swing, play your favorite music throughout the house while you cook brunch, and spend your day on one of our covered patios or swimming in our heated saltwater pool. Finish up the evening with spike ball, outdoor hook game and ring toss, and grilling your favorite seafood on the luxury grill. Finish up the evening with a nightcap playing one of the many board and card games or cuddle up in one of our comfy duvets and watch your favorite show in your bedroom.

Tucked away on a peaceful back street, this home provides a private haven just a half-mile from the beach. You'll find yourself ideally located for enjoying all the area has to offer. Middleton Park, a quarter-mile away, hosts the local farmers market and summer concert series, along with a skate park, playground, and splash pad. For groceries, Publix and Food Lion are conveniently across the main street. A tempting selection of restaurants, including Salt 64, Kai Joe's BBQ, Paul's of Oak Island, and OKI Scoops and Donuts, are all within a half-mile, ensuring you'll never be short on dining options. The home is also conveniently located approximately 20 minutes from historic Southport, NC and 1 hour from Myrtle Beach, NC and Wilmington, NC.

  • The person booking the home must be 25 years or older. We do ask for all names and ages of those staying on the property.

  • High Season begins the week after Memorial Day and ends after Labor Day weekend. Check in and Check out will be on Sunday and it must be a weekly rental.

  • Check in is at 4pm. If you would like to check in early, please inquire to see if this is possible. Check out is at 10am. We ask that you leave promptly so that our cleaners, handyman, and pool maintenance can prepare the home for the next guests arriving.

  • We have a strict no pets policy.

  • The property is not child-proofed, yet we consider our rental to be very child-friendly. We have many guests stay with children, but it’s important for children to be supervised during their stay. The pool and multiple stairs and patios are beautiful, but it is unsafe for unsupervised children.

  • Our rates vary depending on the season and holidays, but range from $250-$575 a night. Please check our calendar under “Available dates and rates” page.

  • Our 6 person luxury is an optional add on during your stay. We have priced it lower than local rental companies and is conveniently already at the home. Pricing can be found when you go to book your stay. We offer daily and weekly rates.

  • The property’s pool is both salt water and heated. Heating the pool is an optional add on and can only be added from March 1 to June 1, and September 1 to November 1. We provide a weekly rate and daily rate for this add on as well and is available when booking.
